Hi, I’m Sue.
Twenty-four years ago, I started asking a question most wellness programs still aren’t asking: What if food noise isn’t about food?
That question changed my life. And then it changed the lives of hundreds of women I’ve had the privilege of working with.
I’m a functional nutritionist, food psychology specialist, and Rapid Resolution Therapy practitioner. I’m the author of Food and Freedom and the founder of Boulder Nutrition. I’ve been featured on PBS’s Recipe for Wellness, in People, and on Peacock. I’ve led over 40 retreats worldwide. And my radio show reaches listeners in 137 countries.
But here’s what matters more than any of that:
